Job summary

Bezos.ai is a Fulfilment-as-a-Service platform operating with an AI-native team. You will help keep orders flowing by spotting and resolving issues, answering seller and partner queries, and running operational checks and invoicing tasks.

You will learn end-to-end order journeys and begin building Claude skills and automations to remove repetitive work, while contributing to tool and process improvements in a fully remote, fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Numerate degree in a quantitative discipline; comfortable with raw data and spreadsheets.
• AI-native: can build, not just chat; demonstrate building a Claude skill.
• Reliable and coachable; delivers on time with clean work.
• Learns quickly, comfortable with ambiguity and owning tasks in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cross-system checks; spot missing, stuck or mismatched orders and resolve or escalate.
• Answer operational tickets; run checkers and send invoices accurately and on time.
• Build your first Claude skill or small automation to save time.
• Deliver clean, on-time work on team projects with minimal hand-holding.
