Overview:Gopuff is looking for full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play a crucial role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving product, and working with delivery riders. Customers turn to Gopuff for everyday essentials, day and night, rain or shine. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers eager to reshape retail faster than ever. Plus, if you like snacks, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities:

1. Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
2. Receive products from vendors, verify counts against purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
3. Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders.
4. Clean and organize the warehouse.
5. Handle waste and spoilage following FIFO practices.
6. Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items.

Qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment preferred but not required.
3. Ability to work with a flexible schedule, especially during peak hours (5 pm - 2 am).
4. Basic knowledge of web-based applications (Google G-Suite).
5. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
