Overview:

Gopuff is looking for full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving product, and working with delivery riders. Customers rely on Gopuff for their everyday essentials, anytime. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers ready to reshape retail faster than ever. And if you like snacks, even better!

You Will:

1. Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
2. Receive products from vendors, verify counts, and resolve discrepancies
3. Manage inventory and re-shelve canceled orders
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
5. Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices
6. Communicate with customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items

You Have:

1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments (preferred but not required)
3. Availability during peak hours (5pm - 2am) and flexible scheduling
4. Basic knowledge of web-based applications (Google G-Suite)
5. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly
