Overview:

Gopuff is looking for full-time Operations Associates (OAs) to join the operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, OAs play an essential role that requires drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include picking, packing, receiving products, and collaborating with delivery riders.

You Will:

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers
• Receive products from vendors, verify counts, and resolve discrepancies
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Manage waste and spoilage following FIFO practices
• Contact customers for substitutions or out-of-stock items

You Have:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required
• Availability during peak hours (5pm - 2am) and flexible schedules
• Basic knowledge of web-based applications (e.g., Google G-Suite)
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly
