Job summary

Fusion Utilities and Burdens, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring a Warehouse Operative at Gatwick. You will pick and pack orders, help on KPIs for picking accuracy, and ensure health and safety compliance in the warehouse.

The role runs 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.00am–5.00pm, with benefits including annual leave, a matched pension, potential bonuses, and health/discount programs.

Qualifications

• Forklift license is desirable.
• Be a team player and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Comfortable working outdoors occasionally in all weather conditions.
• Be health and safety compliant.

As an Operations Assistant based in Gatwick you’ll be responsible for:

• Picking and packing items ready for delivery
• Working to KPIs around picking and accuracy
• Ensuring the warehouse is health and safety compliant at all times
• Assisting the drivers loading and unloading in the yard

This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am - 5.00pm
