Job summary

Fusion Utilities and Burdens, part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking an Operations Assistant based at Gatwick. You will pick and pack items for delivery, help drivers load and unload, and work to KPIs while keeping the yard safe and efficient.

The role is full-time (45 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 7.00am–5.00pm) with benefits including annual leave, a generous pension (matched up to 9%), possible bonuses, and access to healthcare and discounts.

Qualifications

• Forklift license desirable.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing items ready for delivery.
• Working to KPIs around picking and accuracy.
• Ensuring the warehouse is health and safety compliant at all times.
• Assisting the drivers loading and unloading in the yard.
