Job summary

Fusion Utilities and Burdens, a part of the Wolseley Group, is seeking a Warehouse Operative based in Gatwick. You will handle picking and packing for delivery, work to KPIs for accuracy, and ensure health and safety standards are met in the warehouse, including yard duties with drivers.

This is a full-time, permanent role, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm, with bonus potential and extensive employee benefits including pension and health options.

Qualifications

• Forklift license desirable.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather.
• Health and safety compliant.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing items for delivery.
• Meet KPIs for picking accuracy.

• Assist drivers with loading and unloading in the yard.

Warehouse Operative - Gatwick – Infrastructure

Salary: Up to £31,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Operations Assistant based in Gatwick you’ll be responsible for:

• Picking and packing items ready for delivery
• Working to KPIs around picking and accuracy
• Ensuring the warehouse is health and safety compliant at all times
• Assisting the drivers loading and unloading in the yard

This is a full-time, permanent role working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.00am - 5.00pm
