Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking an Operations Assistant at Port Solent to help ensure our members feel safe and enjoy an excellent experience seven days a week. You will be part of a welcoming team and contribute to a high standard of service across the club.

As an Operations Assistant, you will assist with cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting members, and supporting teams wherever needed. A positive customer service mindset and teamwork are essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable, not essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support across the club with cleaning tasks.
• Perform opening and closing tasks.
• Greet members and assist them.
• Support teams wherever needed.
