Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Croydon is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team and help ensure every member has a safe, exceptional experience seven days a week.

You will support across the club with tasks such as cleaning, opening and closing duties, greeting members and assisting teams as needed, contributing to a welcoming, high‑performing environment.

Qualifications

• Has an overall passion for customer service.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day.
• Assist departments across the club with tasks including cleaning, opening and closing duties, greeting members, and supporting teams as needed.
