We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to work with a well-established company within the HVAC sector based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
This role is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a salary of £30K-£33K per annum.
The position is fully office-based, working from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
You will support and develop the Operations Department to ensure effective operational support of the business infrastructure. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, project management, document and spreadsheet preparation and maintenance, development of processes and procedures, enhancement of data processing via ERP and CRM systems, and other general duties to support the department and business.
The role
This is a broad and varied role requiring excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You will manage multiple tasks in a busy environment while maintaining high standards and accuracy.
Good communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to learning and personal development.
An advanced understanding of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
You will be responsible for project management, ensuring all tasks and projects meet high standards.
You should be able to work independently, using your initiative to identify areas for improvement.
You will support business system development and contribute to the continuous improvement of ISO standards.
What you will be doing
We seek a self-starter who is highly organised and capable of managing their time effectively, as the role is autonomous.
Previous experience working with CRM systems is essential, along with advanced to expert proficiency in Excel and Word, and experience using Office 365 and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills and a high level of numeracy are required.
