Job summary

Wolseley Group, via William Wilson in Glasgow, is seeking an Operations Assistant. This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 07:30-16:30) with alternate Saturdays 08:00-12:00 after probation.

Salary shown is £26,695 plus bonus and benefits. You will perform general warehouse duties, pick and pack stock (including heavy items), load/unload vehicles, and keep the workspace safe and tidy.

• Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Able to handle a physically demanding job.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic.

Operations Assistant - Glasgow

Responsibilities

• General Warehouse duties.
• Picking and packing stock, which will involve heavy lifting and manual handling of heavy items like boilers, radiators, toilets etc.
• Loading/unloading vehicles safely.
• Ensuring the workplace is tidy and adheres to our health and safety procedures.

The role is full time, permanent position, 40hrs per week, Monday-Friday 07:30-16:30. Alternate Saturdays 08:00-12:00 after probation.
