Job summary

Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for an Operations Assistant on the outskirts of Exeter for a busy transport office. This is a temporary to permanent role with weekly pay and to start as soon as possible.

Key duties include answering customer calls about collections and deliveries, allocating routes, investigating failed deliveries, handling customer requests via the Customer Delivery Option system, maintaining tracking data, producing daily reports and liaising with drivers.

• Working hours are Monday to Friday
