David Lloyd Leisure Chigwell is seeking a friendly Operations Assistant to join our team. A part-time role, you will support across the club to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week.

You will help with cleaning, opening/closing tasks, greeting members and assisting teams as needed, contributing to a welcoming, inclusive club culture. The role emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable.
