Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Bicester is seeking an Operations Assistant to support across the club, helping with cleaning, opening and closing tasks, and greeting members to ensure a safe, excellent experience every day. You will collaborate with teams across departments in a fast-paced environment and contribute to an inclusive culture where members feel cared for.

Qualifications

• Has an over all passion for customer service.
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support to ensure members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day.
• Assist across departments with tasks such as cleaning, opening/closing, and greeting members.
• Provide general support to teams wherever needed in a fast-paced club environment.
