David Lloyd in Swindon is seeking a proactive Operations Assistant to support daily club operations, ensuring members feel safe and receive an excellent experience. You will help with greetings, cleaning, opening/closing tasks, and supporting teams across departments to maintain high service standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to contribute to member satisfaction seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service.

• Emergency Response Qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support departments across the club with cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting members, and assisting teams as needed.
