Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Assistant to support across club activities, ensuring members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, seven days a week.

You will assist with cleaning, opening/closing tasks, greeting members and supporting teams as needed, thriving in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a welcoming, collaborative club culture.

As Operations Assistant your role will support to ensure our members feel safe and have an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. This role will support departments across the club with activities such as cleaning, opening and closing tasks, greeting our members, and supporting teams wherever needed.""

As an Operations Assistant , we are looking for someone who :

• Has an over all passion for customer service


• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
