Job summary

Mars in King's Lynn is offering a 3-year Apprenticeship as a Food and Drink Technical Operator, providing a Level 3 qualification and hands-on experience with machinery and production processes. You will rotate across operations and develop leadership skills from day one.

You must have 5 GCSEs including Maths and English, be 18+ by 6 September 2027, and embrace learning, teamwork and safety standards. The program includes Mars University training and a competitive salary with bonus potential.

• Safety & Quality First – Apply Mars’ high standards to protect colleagues, ensure compliance, and deliver safe, high-quality products.
