MARS is offering a 3-year Apprenticeship in Petcare, leading to a Level 3 Food and Drink Technical Operator qualification. You’ll gain real-world experience, world-class training, and a path to a meaningful career within Mars.

You’ll study while working, with a salary of £21,000 rising yearly, plus an annual bonus and benefits. You must be 18+ by 6 September 2027 and able to work shifts.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at C/4 or higher.
• Willingness to learn and lead when needed.
• 18+ by 6 September 2027.
• Ability to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operators, engineers, quality and safety staff to deliver results.
• Learn to operate, diagnose faults and maintain equipment in a factory setting.
• Apply Mars' safety and quality standards to protect people and products.
