Job summary

Insight Select Limited in London is seeking an experienced Operations and Insights Partner to join a major retailer. The role manages project plans and works with range planning teams to keep change activity on track.

This 9-month contract is hybrid with three days in the office per week, offering governance, reporting and data analysis to drive planning decisions while improving processes through automation and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations and insights within a retail organisation.
• Project coordination experience managing plans, timelines and multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management across different teams.
• Reporting and data analysis using Excel and business reporting tools.
• Governance and administration experience for meetings, actions and reports.
• Process-improvement mindset with ability to streamline ways of working.
