Job summary

Agile Retail is seeking a Retail Operations Executive in Hammersmith, West London, to support end-to-end operational delivery of stores and retail projects from launch through day-to-day operation. You will coordinate openings and retail activations, ensuring stores are operationally ready across people, stock, logistics, systems, compliance and Health & Safety.

• Coordinate new store openings and retail projects from planning through to post-opening.
• Ensure stores are operationally ready across people, stock, logistics, systems, compliance and Health & Safety.
• Monitor operational performance and maintain consistent standards across stores.
• Identify operational issues, take ownership and drive them through to resolution.
• Coordinate activity across People, Stock & Supply, Build, Creative and Field Operations.
• Manage relationships with operational suppliers and partners.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Provide clear communication between stores, central teams and account teams.
• Anticipate operational risks and proactively support solutions.

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 PA

The Operations Executive Role

You'll support the end-to-end operational delivery of stores and retail projects, helping take them from launch through to successful day-to-day operation.

• Support new store openings and retail projects from planning through to post-opening

• Experienced in retail operations, ideally across multiple stores, locations or retail projects
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• A confident problem solver who takes ownership rather than simply escalating issues
• Comfortable working at pace within a fast-moving retail environment
• Experienced coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve operational outcomes
• A strong communicator who can build effective relationships with store teams, central functions, clients and suppliers
• Commercially aware with an understanding of how strong operational execution supports store performance
• Comfortable working with operational standards, compliance frameworks and Health & Safety requirements
• Proactive, curious and constantly looking for opportunities to improve how things are done
• Someone who enjoys getting involved, taking accountability and following things through to completion
