is working with a financial services firm based in central London looking for a Junior Operations Analyst.

Salary - UP TO £43,000 DOE

Operations Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join the Asset Management team. Sitting within the Operations team, this role will support all middle and back-office functions, playing a key part in the day-to-day running of our investment operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Liaise with service providers to ensure smooth daily operations of the UCITS platform and handle queries promptly and efficiently.
2. Perform daily trade and FX trade reporting and verification.
3. Monitor current and forecasted cash balances, including oversight of currency hedges.
4. Prepare and enter cash transactions, cash transfer instructions, and FX conversions into custody platforms.
5. Provide oversight of client and fund transactions, including daily reporting of investor activity to internal stakeholders.
6. Support the sales team with investor transaction and holdings analysis.
7. Assist in the preparation and reporting of periodic investor data.
8. Calculate and invoice monthly management fees.
9. Maintain accurate fund data across the website and external platforms/vendors.
10. Conduct UCITS compliance monitoring.
11. Support the risk management function through daily data validation and generation of key reports.

Experience:
