PinPoint Insurance Solutions UK is seeking a highly organized and commercially aware Operations Analyst to join our growing London team. This role combines core operational responsibilities with exposure to regulatory and compliance initiatives, offering the successful candidate a dynamic opportunity to contribute across all areas of the business.

PinPoint Insurance Solutions UK is a Managing General Agent (MGA) providing bespoke property and casualty insurance solutions to the UK market. We are part of AM Specialty Insurance Group, a U.S.-based insurance platform with international reach. PinPoint UK leverages strong broker relationships, data-led underwriting, and agile operations to deliver high-quality service in specialist lines.

Job Summary

The Operations Analyst will support the daily running of operational processes, compliance reporting, and data integrity across PinPoint UK. The role will also involve supporting the Director of Operations in the preparation of internal documentation, regulatory responses, and process governance workstreams. This full-time position is based in London, with the potential for hybrid flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain internal trackers related to
• broker onboarding, TPAs, vendor management, and compliance attestations
• Assist in the preparation and submission of accurate bordereaux reports and performance data
• Ensure data integrity across operational systems, including policy administration and finance feeds
• Draft internal documentation and compliance support materials
• Coordinate onboarding workflows for new brokers, employees, and partners
• Collaborate with underwriters, claims, and finance to support operational alignment
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Track regulatory deadlines, contribute to governance reporting, and help develop procedural documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Insurance, Law, Finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, MGA environments, or compliance/analytical support roles
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear documentation and reports
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how operations affect the broader business
• Confident working independently and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with sensitive information and exercising good judgment
