Robert Half is working with a financial services firm based in central London looking for a Junior Operations Analyst.

Salary - UP TO £43,000 DOE

Operations Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join the Asset Management team. This role supports all middle and back-office functions, playing a key part in the daily operations of our investment activities.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with service providers to ensure smooth daily operations of the UCITS platform and handle queries promptly.
• Perform daily trade and FX trade reporting and verification.
• Monitor current and forecasted cash balances, including oversight of currency hedges.
• Prepare and enter cash transactions, cash transfer instructions, and FX conversions into custody platforms.
• Oversee client and fund transactions, including daily investor activity reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Support the sales team with investor transaction and holdings analysis.
• Assist in preparing and reporting periodic investor data.
• Calculate and invoice monthly management fees.
• Maintain accurate fund data across websites and external platforms/vendors.
• Conduct UCITS compliance monitoring.
• Support risk management through daily data validation and report generation.

Experience:
