Job summary

Three Doors is building a 90-minute live immersive experience for teams. We seek an Operations Manager who will own the weekly rhythm, AI-driven workflows, and the digital glue that keeps four people aligned with a growing product roadmap.

You will partner closely with the founder to prioritise work, coordinate timelines, and scale operational capacity. In a hybrid role with the potential to drive the full venue build, you’ll implement and refine Notion databases, automation scripts, and AI

Qualifications

• Experience as EA/COO/PM at a small company.
• AI-native, daily use of Claude/ChatGPT.
• Ability to build simple automations in Notion/Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Hold the operational rhythm with weekly cadence and project tracking.
• Manage Tom's calendar and prep; act as a working partner.
• Own the digital toolkit and AI workflows across the team.
• Lead full venue build prep: timelines, contractors, kit ordering.
• Oversee investor docs, contracts, and public copy.
• Coordinate pre-launch marketing with consultants.
