Job summary

Three Doors is seeking an operator to run live prototype sessions for a new immersive format in Henley-on-Thames. You will host sessions end-to-end, capture outcomes, and push iterations with the Experience Designer and founder.

You’ll help shape a 90-minute experience and later train a second GM while writing the operations playbook for the launch venue. You are hands-on, practically minded, and comfortable managing live teams.

Qualifications

• Experience operating an escape room, immersive show, or comparable live-format venue.
• Ability to read a room, gauge team dynamics, and decide when to intervene.

Responsibilities

• Host live trial sessions end-to-end and brief teams.
• Capture data from sessions and write actionable observations.
• Stress-test puzzles, transitions and timing in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with designers to iterate the show and rebuild.
• Lead live actor moments and integrate AI narration as needed.
• Draft the operating manual: setup, reset, fault recovery, safeguarding.
