The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking an Operations Agent in Basildon for an ongoing, long-term role with the potential to become permanent after a successful trial period.

You will perform admin and operational tasks at the service centre, manage daily workloads, and use multiple computer systems to support efficient service delivery. Shifts are full‑time Mon-Fri, 11:00–19:30 (unpaid 30‑min break); pay £13.55/hr day rate and £16.35/hr night rate.

Operations Agent needed in Basildon - ASAP Start

Admin work to join one of our clients in Basildon. This is

ongoing, long-term work with the potential to become

permanent following a successful trial period.

Operations Agent

acts as a primary contact for customers and visitors while managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks at a service centre.

Duties include:

• Complete administrative and operational tasks that support the effective running of the Service Centre.
• Manage daily workloads effectively, prioritising tasks to meet customer and operational deadlines.
• Use multiple computer systems and applications accurately to complete operational activities.
• Plan and organise working practices to support efficient service delivery.

Full time shifts available:

• Monday to Friday

11:00-19:30 (Unpaid 30 mins break)

Pay Rates:

£13.55 per hour (8AM-7PM, MON-FRI)

£16.35 per hour (7PM-8AM, MON-FRI)

Requirements:

• 5 years of reference-able work history
• Clear DBS or overseas criminal record check (if applicable)
• Be willing to provide a 5-year HMRC letter (we will show you how!)
