From coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records to supporting customers and contractors, this role plays an important part in helping our operational teams deliver efficient, effective services. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. If you enjoy variety, thrive on staying one step ahead and take pride in delivering excellent administrative support, we'd love to hear from you. About the role As an Operations Administrator, you'll provide vital administrative support to operational teams, helping to coordinate activities, maintain systems and keep programmes running smoothly. Customer Driven You understand that the quality of administrative support directly impacts the customer experience and are committed to delivering a responsive, friendly and professional service.
Accountability You take responsibility for your work, ensuring records are accurate, deadlines are met and tasks are completed to a high standard.
Develop & Learn You're always looking to build your skills, learn new ways of working and contribute ideas that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Champion Communication You build strong working relationships, communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders and ensure information is shared accurately and promptly.
