About the Company

About the Role

A competitive salary of up to £35k per annum is on offer as well as a fun and varied working environment. Great opportunity for career progression to Operations Manager as the company continues in its growth trajectory. This is an office based role Monday – Friday, 9am -5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Project administration and support to the Chief Business Officer including updating safety manuals and ensuring all safety systems are up to date and compliant (full training will be given)
  • Diary management for the 2 members of the Senior Management Team
  • Being present at Senior Management meetings: recording the agenda and minute taking
  • Offering internal admin support on an ad hoc basis which could include obtaining quotes for equipment and ordering supplies as requested by senior management
  • Ad hoc project administration to support the company’s growth strategy
  • Liaison and with internal stakeholders including Operations, Marketing and Sales.
  • Support the payroll administrator when required as well as purchasing
  • Adhoc mini projects including testing new equipment across the team

Qualifications

  • Some previous work experience in an administrative function within an office environment

Required Skills

  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage a diverse workload with no 2 days being the same
  • To fit in with the existing team you will have a vibrant and outgoing personality with a passion and interest in leisure and outdoor adventure pursuits
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload
  • IT skills – MS Office including Word, Excel, Sharepoint and Teams
  • Experience of minute taking in Management meetings is ideal but not essential
  • Own transport as the office is not easily accessible via public transport

Pay range and compensation package

A competitive salary of up to £35k per annum is on offer.
