Our Role

  • Support the Wealth and Investment Management business in administrative tasks, including data management and transactional records.
  • Maintain books and records for reporting and investment, support settlement, corporate actions, cash processing, client transfers, and AML compliance.
  • Operate under FCA regulation to hold client money and assets, manage ISAs, and support client custody services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support within Operations.
  • Instruct and escalate issues as needed.
  • Create and maintain accurate client data and static data on systems.
  • Monitor workflows and volumes.
  • Collaborate across teams for compliance and process improvement.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in work processes.
  • Liaise with internal/external clients and providers.
