This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate/junior to enter the renewable energy industry!

As an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day activities involved in operating and maintaining large-scale solar farms.

This role places you at the heart of the O&M team, where you'll assist the efficient delivery of our on-site services and help maximise asset performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage field technician schedules for efficiency and prioritisation.
  • Coordinate third-party contractors and ensure quality standards.
  • Provide administrative support to field technicians (travel, equipment, vans).
  • Handle technician requests, prioritise, and escalate issues.
  • Monitor compliance with maintenance schedules (preventative, corrective and reactive).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance and system performance documentation.
  • Organise and maintain O&M manuals for compliance and accessibility.
  • Manage a structured filing system for O&M documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Coordinate and manage our platform for safety inspections and audits.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing for chargeable services.
  • Assist with preparing reports, ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
  • The ability to work in the UK.
  • Administration/Coordination experience is a benefit.
  • A high degree of organisational skill and computer proficiency is vital for monitoring, analysing, timekeeping, and reporting on all aspects of maintenance operations.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word).
  • Ability to analyse data to identify performance trends and support improvements.
  • Accuracy in reporting, invoicing, and documentation.
