About us

At Coconnect, we’re all about keeping the internet safe and secure for young learners. Based in Hampshire, we’re an award-winning internet service provider (ISP) that delivers bespoke broadband, safeguarding, and security solutions to schools and trusts across the UK. Since 2018, we’ve grown rapidly and are now proud to support over 450 schools and trusts. We’re committed to providing the very best service and ensuring our young people can learn and explore the internet in a safe, secure environment. Due to an internal move, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our highly passionate team. If you are a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be your perfect role.

About the role

As our Operations Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in managing the full customer renewals process. You’ll engage with clients well ahead of contract end dates to explore renewal options, resolve any queries, and coordinate technical meetings where needed. You'll be preparing timely, well-informed renewal quotes and ensure all necessary information is gathered for approval.

Beyond renewals, you’ll be a central figure in our day-to-day operations, supporting a variety of administrative and customer service activities. Whether it’s helping customers with queries, preparing quotes, processing contracts, maintaining records, or assisting with internal projects, your contribution will be key to delivering a seamless service experience.

What you’ll need to be successful

We’re seeking someone with a background in administration or customer-facing roles, who’s confident using Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems. You’ll bring strong written and verbal communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a natural ability to stay organised under pressure.

Your attention to detail will ensure that renewals, quotes, contracts, and tender submissions are accurate and delivered on time. You’ll be comfortable solving problems, thinking ahead, and adapting to changing priorities.

Experience with CRM platforms will be a bonus, especially if you’ve used them to manage customer data or generate reports. Overall though, you should also be confident using software tools to build quotes and the full Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Most importantly, you’ll be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and making a meaningful impact in a small, dedicated team. Your attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn is what will truly set you apart. We value integrity, reliability, and a genuine commitment to quality. If you’re passionate about delivering excellent service and want to help us grow while keeping young people safer online, we’d love to hear from you.

What working at Coconnect means for you

There are heaps of perks when working for us! We embrace a non-corporate culture and believe that when you can be your authentic self, you enjoy your work more and take greater pride in what you do. We’re all about your wellbeing and regularly organise company events and charity dos. We also care about the environment and our Coconnect HQ is net positive (meaning we put more energy back into the grid than we use – which we are super proud of!)

We are a stones throw from the historical Porchester Castle, great for lunchtime walks. We also have good transport links to the office for when you come in, free staff parking and a lockable bike shed for if you drive or ride. Plus you'll get:

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (with the chance to buy additional days)
  • Upskilling apprenticeship training
  • Cycle to work
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Social and wellbeing events
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 WFH, after a minimum of a 1 month training period when you first join)
  • A great breakout room
  • Kitchen and shower facilities
A bit about the team

The Coconnect team is a mix of passionate individuals, dedicated to delivering excellent customer service to a range of education customers. Our small, close-knit team thrives in a hybrid working environment, spending three days in the office together and two days working from home. They are excited to welcome a new team member who will help them continue to support our customers in the best possible way.
