Job summary

SP Energy Networks is seeking an Operational Support professional to provide vital administrative and plan-forward support across the Zone. You will assist in programme planning, reporting and administration, using SAP, CCT, Cintellate and ENPaRT to drive efficient work programmes and robust operational performance.

The role requires strong planning, communication and MS Office skills, with experience in multi-project environments and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a multi-stranded project support/co-ordination role
  • General knowledge of Operations, Maintenance and Construction activities
  • Computer literacy – e.g. Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration and management support within all areas of the business
  • Manage all correspondence and communication within the business
  • Ensure customer contacts are dealt with per processes
  • Assist in building weekly work programme with Zone staff and Team Leaders
  • Support weekly/daily maintenance of the resource plan and work programme
  • Produce and deliver reports and management information within timescales
  • Liaise with external suppliers and other business areas
  • Contribute as an effective team member of Zone team
  • Ensure quality standards and HSE requirements are followed
