Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Business Resiliency Associate to drive operational resilience, analyze data, and shape strategy within a global risk and compliance context.

You will join the Business Resiliency team and collaborate with senior management across lines of defense to align resilience strategy with evolving regulations and industry guidelines. The role involves self-assessment reporting, data visualization, and governance across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with Legal Entity

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior management.
• Experience in relationship and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with an enquiring mind and ability to challenge constructively.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
• Understanding of risk & controls management including resiliency risk.
• Ability to manage multiple delivery requests and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Execute Operational Resilience self-assessment reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Perform data analysis and visualize Operational Resilience metrics.
• Interpret and become SME for global Business Resilience regulations and guidelines.
• Conduct formal gap analysis of new resilience requirements against JPM policy and procedures.
• Drive resilience change initiatives across Legal Entity Controllers, Business Managers, Compliance, Product, Operations, Risk and Technology.
• Support regulatory examinations and internal reviews related to Business Resilience framework.
• Build relationships with senior managers to align global resilience framework with local obligations.
