Job summary

A leading Lloyd's market insurer is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience & Business Continuity Manager to enhance the firm's operational resilience framework. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to implement and continuously improve strategies that ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in resilience and crisis management, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and have a solid understanding of UK regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery.
• Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks like FCA/PRA.
• Experience leading incident and crisis responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of resilience and continuity frameworks.
• Drive Business Continuity Plans across critical services.
• Chair governance forums and ensure oversight of risks.
• Conduct resilience testing and translate insights into improvements.
• Support leadership during high-pressure situations.
