Job summary

X4 Technology in London (Aldgate) is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to join a transformational programme for an insurance client. The role covers Operational Resilience, DORA readiness and IT Service Management maturity, with discovery leadership and stakeholder engagement across business and IT teams.

You will map services, define end-to-end delivery models, and produce audit-ready documentation. This start-up style programme requires strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services, insurance preferred.
• Background in regulatory or risk programmes (Operational Resilience / DORA).
• Ability to map services to applications, infrastructure and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery through interviews, workshops, and document reviews.
• Capture current-state processes and service models.
• Document IT services aligned with ITIL v4 and service ownership.
• Map services to applications, infrastructure and suppliers.
• Identify Important Business Services/Processes and perform impact tolerance analysis.
• Produce audit-ready docs: process maps, service models, RACI, dependencies.
