Job summary

Quilter plc in London (or Southampton) seeks a Testing and Exercising Analyst to join the Resilience and Crisis Team. You will use resilience data to identify testing priorities, produce clear management information, and support exercise preparation, delivery, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Analyse qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources and present evidence-based findings.
• Maintain accurate records, evidence, actions and audit trails.
• Plan, coordinate and manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Produce concise reports and management information that explain evidence and actions.
• Work with data, spreadsheets and dashboards to identify patterns and themes, and assess data quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a current view of testing coverage across Important Business Services and resilience domains.
• Analyse resilience mapping, dependencies, vulnerabilities and past exercise data to identify gaps.
• Produce testing management information, dashboards and evidence with clear findings and actions.
• Coordinate stakeholders, schedules, materials and logistics for exercises.
• Record decisions, observations and issues during exercises and post-exercise reporting.
• Collate evidence and translate findings into measurable actions.
• Record exercises and actions in Resolver or other systems and monitor remediation progress.
• Ensure timely completion of remediation actions by action owners.
• Perform trend and thematic analysis to identify weaknesses and propose improvements.
• Maintain testing records, templates and audit trails in line with methodology.
• Build relationships with business, technology, risk and other stakeholders.
• Participate in RCT on-call arrangements and support crisis response when required.
