Job summary

Unipart is seeking an Operational Performance Improvement Consultant to drive field-based projects at client sites. The role focuses on delivering defined project deliverables within scope, time, and budget while building executive-level client relationships.

Candidates should bring proven Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement capability, with strong data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to effect tangible improvements across client operations.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvement - proven capability of process design and process improvement.
• Experience of delivering Operational Excellence including data analysis and business cases to drive tangible results.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and knowledge transfer sessions - excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence with, and competence in, dealing with multiple stakeholders across a range of management levels.
• A high degree of initiative and strong problem-solving capability.
• Strong planning, organising, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing delivery of project deliverables at sites and client locations within timeframes and budgets.
• Developing strong relationships with key client management at operational and senior levels.
• Leading or supporting project leads, Senior Consultants, and Business Development team in client reviews, scoping activities and client proposals.
• Identifying on-selling opportunities and working with the Senior consultancy team to articulate the opportunity and create proposals.
