Operational Management Accountant

£50,000 to £70,000 plus 20 percent completion bonus

North Yorkshire, hybrid 3 on site and 2 from home

A high profile industrial project is seeking a qualified Operational Management Accountant to support increased operational reporting and commercial insight activity. This hands on role works closely with senior stakeholders and offers genuine visibility across a major long term programme.

You will deliver operational reporting, variance analysis and commercial insight while partnering with on site teams. You will help produce investment packs, support performance tracking and explain financial results to senior leaders across global markets.

What you need

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Industry experience in manufacturing, engineering or industrial settings
• Strong business partnering and operational reporting experience
• Confident presenting financials to senior stakeholders
• Excellent Excel skills
• Proactive, resilient approach and comfortable in fast moving environments
