Job summary

ABM UK at Heathrow Airport is seeking an Operational Insight & Assurance Analyst to join the Business Intelligence team. The role connects frontline operations with data governance and reporting to ensure information reflects real operational activity.

You will validate data across the end-to-end lifecycle, working with BI Analysts, Data Engineers and management to reproduce key results and ensure definitions and methodologies are applied consistently.

Qualifications

• Experience with operational, performance or quality data.
• Strong Excel capability and data validation experience.
• Experience validating datasets or calculations.
• Aviation, transport or regulated environment experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Validate operational timestamps, statuses and outcomes and document weaknesses.
• Provide independent validation of data and reporting including reconciliations.
• Trace events through data lifecycle from frontline to final dashboard.
• Identify trends and anomalies for operational investigation.
• Support development of KPI definitions, data dictionaries and SOPs.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering and operations to implement controls.
