Job summary

Datatech Analytics is seeking an Analytics Team Leader to manage a small team at Heathrow, combining hands-on data analysis with leadership. The role is three days per week in the office and involves working with analysts, engineers, and operations teams to understand performance and drive improvements.

You will develop KPI dashboards, oversee productivity analysis and reporting, and partner with senior stakeholders and customers on outsourced contract delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational environment (airport baggage, logistics, manufacturing or similar).
• Strong track record in performance metrics and KPI analysis.
• Proven productivity analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience with outsourced contract/service delivery and analytics leadership.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and customers.
• SQL; Python or R and ETL/data pipelines; data visualization for insights.
