Job summary

Datatech is seeking an Analytics Team Leader for Heathrow, with a 3-day in-office pattern. This permanent role combines hands-on data analysis with leadership of an analytics team to drive operational performance.

You will partner with analysts, engineers and senior stakeholders to understand performance, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver insights that support business and customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational environments such as airport baggage operations, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience with performance metrics and KPI analysis.
• Productivity analysis and reporting.
• Outsourced contract/service delivery.
• Leading and developing an analytics team.
• Working with senior stakeholders and customers.
• SQL, with Python or R and ETL/data pipelines.
• Data visualization and turning data into actionable insight.

We are working on an exciting opportunity for an Analytics Team Leader to join a leading organisation based at Heathrow.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced analytics professional who enjoys combining hands‑on data analysis with team leadership, stakeholder management and operational performance.

We’re specifically looking for candidates with experience in an operational environment such as:

• Airport baggage / baggage operations
• Logistics or supply chain
• Manufacturing or other complex operational environments

You’ll also need experience with:
