Job summary

Edwards & Pearce is seeking an experienced operational HR Manager to cover maternity for 9-12 months, working with SLT and leading a busy HR team across UK sites.

You will handle ER casework, HR projects, restructures, TUPE, and unions, ensuring a robust generalist service and strong stakeholder relationships. Travel nationwide and CIPD7 or equivalent are preferred; a driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience handling ER (complex) and employment law issues.
• Background in manufacturing environments with site exposure.
• Proven ability to lead HR projects and TUPE / restructures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team and deliver an effective generalist service.
• Support ER casework, recruitment, TUPE and restructures.
• Develop HR strategy and manage unions and stakeholder relationships.
