Job summary

Bolt6 is expanding its insights-driven operations team and seeks a senior specialist to elevate training and performance across our live broadcast and sports-technology platform. You will design onboarding, technical and advanced training, and partner with engineers during events to implement improvements.

You will lead readiness for new sports, workflows and technologies, coach operators, and shape a culture of high standards.

Qualifications

Extensive experience operating complex technical broadcast, live production or sports technology systems under pressure.
Deep technical understanding of live operations and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues confidently.
Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
A proactive mindset - you don't wait to be asked. You identify opportunities, create plans and execute them.

Responsibilities

Own operational performance by continuously assessing capability and implementing initiatives to raise performance across sports.
Design and deliver onboarding, technical and advanced training programmes from classrooms to practical simulations.
Prepare teams for the future with readiness programmes for new sports, products and workflows.
Coach and develop operators, providing feedback and personalised development plans.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing incidents and trends to improve processes and training.
Champion high standards by fostering a culture of accountability and continual learning.
Recruitment strategy development to align future pipeline with current workforce capability.
