Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead Lean Six Sigma and CI initiatives across global manufacturing sites.

You will deliver frameworks, drive change in the global teams, and manage highly autonomous projects with strong training and development opportunities.

Hybrid/remote role with travel to multiple sites; based ideally in Gloucester, Bristol, Swindon, Cheltenham, Worcester and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Experience delivering Operational Excellence in manufacturing
• Experience leading CI initiatives
• UK Passport / Driving Licence

Are you an experienced leader from within OpEx, with experience of Lean Six Sigma, CI and similar and looking for the opportunity to drive CI programmes for a Global Industry leading business, where you can showcase your technical skillset and work in a highly autonomous position as the go-to across a portfolio of global sites.

This role would suit someone with a proven track record of Operational Excellence within Manufacturing environments, looking for a high impact, highly autonomous role within an industry leading business.
