Rise Technical Recruitment is recruiting for an Operational Excellence Manager to lead CI initiatives across a multinational manufacturing group. The role is highly autonomous and involves driving OpEx programmes across global sites with a focus on Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

Based in the UK with hybrid/remote options and some international travel, the successful candidate will implement manufacturing systems, roll out OpEx frameworks, and develop teams while benefiting from

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
• Experience driving CI programmes in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and improvement methodologies.

Hybrid / Remote, Ideally Based Gloucester, Bristol, Swindon, Cheltenham, Worcester and surrounding areas with some international travel.

• Delivery of Operational Excellence frameworks within the manufacturing team,
• Drive change within the global teams within the business; identifying, developing and implementing ground breaking improvements to sites.
• Highly autonomous

The Person:

• Excellent knowledge of Manufacturing processes
• Experience working with strategic implementation
• Lean Six Sigma certified
• UK Passport / Driving License.
