Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a senior leader to head Continuous Improvement Operations in Bristol. You will drive continuous improvement, operational transformation and performance across functions, shaping growth.

This newly created role offers autonomy, a strategic leadership path and the chance to implement lean processes at scale in a growing manufacturing environment. Monday to Friday, 40 hours, with a bonus and extensive benefits.
