Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is supporting a growing FMCG business in Bradford to hire a CI / Operational Excellence Manager. You will own the improvement agenda, identify opportunities, build business cases and lead cross-functional projects across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance.

The role requires strong project leadership, analytical ability and stakeholder management, with Lean Six Sigma, Power BI, ERP/WMS or automation experience considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Excellence, Business Improvement or Transformation, ideally within FMCG, food, manufacturing, distribution or another high-volume environment.
• Evidence of changes and results delivered in past roles.
• Strong project leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Lean Six Sigma, Power BI, ERP/WMS, automation or digital transformation experience would be advantageous.

• Identify and prioritise operational improvement opportunities.
• Build business cases and demonstrate ROI.
• Lead projects from strategy and scoping through to implementation.
• Deliver measurable improvements in cost, productivity and efficiency.
• Use data, Lean/CI and structured problem-solving to challenge the status quo.
• Lead cross-functional change and ensure improvements are embedded.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic operational projects.
• Report progress, risks and benefits to senior leadership.
