• Lead operational improvements across multiple academies and central teams.
• Translate Trust-wide operational standards into effective day-to-day practice.
• Support academies to meet statutory requirements and drive compliance, health and safety, procurement oversight and policy implementation.
• Coordinate cross-Trust activity and build strong working relationships with Headteachers and business partners.
