Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior FinOps Analyst to drive cloud financial accountability and efficiency. You will work with engineering, finance and product teams to understand, optimise and manage cloud spend at scale, bringing analytical rigour and collaboration to the role.

Location: Hybrid—3 days per week in our London or Berlin office and 2 days remote. Reporting to the FinOps Manager. You will lead cost optimisation initiatives and develop FinOps practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud cost optimisation strategies and pricing models.
• Hands-on FinOps practices and tooling experience.
• At least one practitioner-level cloud certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and data skills to translate spend data into insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and report on cloud spend across cloud platforms and identify cost trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Generate clear cost and usage reports for engineering and finance stakeholders.
• Lead cloud cost optimisation initiatives and track savings with engineering teams.
• Manage vendor relationships with cloud providers to maximise value.
• Support development and embedding of FinOps best practices and tooling.
• Partner with internal teams to foster a culture of cloud financial accountability.
