Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Logistics Intelligence team within One DNA. This role blends data science, product, and logistics to turn model performance and operational data into commercially sharp insights.

You will run weekly deep dives, evaluate the ETA model from a business perspective, and craft executive-ready storylines with visuals in Google Sheets and Slides to inform decisions at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in data analytics, BI or strategy & insights role.
• Strong SQL, Google BigQuery preferred.
• Proven track record turning large datasets into clear business insights.
• Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills.
• Polished visualization and deck design with Google Slides/Sheets.
• Experience with data science / ML context and business impact.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with GSuite, Jira/Confluence, and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly insight deep dives on priority topics with clear, commercially relevant conclusions.
• Investigate the ETA model from a business lens, identifying gaps that matter for customers, couriers, and partners.
• Create executive‑ready storylines and visuals in Google Sheets/Slides for senior leaders.
• Translate insight into product recommendations and liaise with the Product team.
• Manage workload and trade‑offs in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Data Science, Product, Strategy and Logistics to align insights with commercial priorities.
